Contains source materials consulted by the project staff. Includes copies of source materials and notes from sources consulted. Much of the material in these files was gathered from library and archival holdings at various institutions, including Brigham Young University, University of Utah, Utah State Historical Society, the Church Historical Department, and Southern Utah University.

Contains biographical notes and sketches on Daniel Brown, research and correspondence about him, document photocopies, articles, and photographs; also includes biographical sketches on his wife, Harriet St. John Brown, correspondence, research notes and photocopies of historical documents, family group records for Harriet's second husband and her sister, and source notes. Materials dated 1987 to 2008.

Contains a glossy reproduced photograph of David Garner, biographies (including photocopies), pedigree chart on David with both wives, research photocopies (fact sheets, photos, letters, Battalion documents, name indexes, cemetery records, etc.), biographies of David's wife Dolly Durfee, and family group records for David and two wives (Dolly and Jane Stephens). Materials dated 1959 to 2006.

Materials dated from some time after 1964 to 2006.
